A few weeks ago I promised a recipe for Caesar Dressing and here it is. Now don't be put off by the anchovies. They are NECESSARY. The egg yolk may be a problem for some too but it adds richness and thickness. You may never want to go back to store-bought again.

But two other ingredients have become foundational in our house as well: Steak 'n Shake Seasoning and Chick-fil-A sauce (or it's cousin, the Honey Roasted Barbecue Sauce).
